I’ve been too a number of poetry readings at Logan, but my most cherished memory of Logan Center is that Kathy Forde and I got married there and had our wedding reception there. It was a beautiful wedding in a gorgeous setting, and it meant so much to us to be married on the campus where both of us spent so many years of our adult working lives–Kathy as associate dean of students in the college and director of academic advising and me as a senior manuscript editor at the University of Chicago Press (now retired).
